Paying Tuition

Tuition is due on the first day of class. You can view the IEC's upcoming schedule on our website under the "Schedule & Tuition" tab.

Online Billing and Payment

Students can safely and securely view and pay bills online using their MyCUInfo account. Students may visit https://mycuinfo.colorado.edu and enter their Identikey and password, then click on the "Billing Information" tab.

Payment Options

United States Bank Account

Students may pay through MyCUInfo using an eCheck or credit card. There is a 2.75% service fee for all credit card payments.

International Bank Account

Students may pay in the currency of their choice online using Flywire. This service converts funds to U.S. dollars and directly transfers the payment to the International English Center. To pay using Flywire, visit https://www.flywire.com/pay/contedcolorado.

Third Party Billings

Students with scholarships or sponsorships must provide a Financial Guarantee to the Program Accounting Manager. Students are responsible for payment if their sponsoring government or agency does not make payment.

Refunds and Tuition Adjustments

All IEC students are expected to enroll for the entire 8-week session. If a student chooses to stop studying before the end of the session, the following rules are used to determine the refund amount, if any:

  • The last day to receive a 100% refund is Day 6 of a session.
  • The last day to receive a 60% refund is Day 12 of a session.
  • The last day to receive a 40% refund is Day 18 of a session.
  • No refunds will be issued after Day 18 of a session.

For students staying in an on-campus residence hall, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of days lived in the residence hall, as well as the number of meals the student consumed. A $200 cancellation penalty will be charged.

Students who are dismissed from the IEC because they didn't follow the IEC's policies and procedures will not receive any refunds for tuition, fees, or residence halls.
